Seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to work closely with the marketing department in facilitating the completion of work with internal and external resources to ensure projects accurately and on schedule.

• Maintain and update CRM system

• Update website in custom CMS environment

• Understand social media and make recommendations

• Manipulate analytic data, trends and create reports

• Fulfill marketing mailings

• Assists in planning and execution of trade shows, seminars, project meetings and development of promotional materials

• Completing sales and marketing related projects

•  General office duties such as mailings, ordering of materials, travel arrangements.   

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of data capture and manipulation both with campaign results and website analytics

• Ability to work independently as self starter

• Experience with web integration and emerging digital media technologies

• Full understanding of skills associated with effective project management

• Excellent client relationship, oral and written skills.

• Significant knowledge of principles of effective marketing

• Ability to analyze complex issues and create solutions

• Advanced Apple software skills including Keynote. Also Word, Excel and Power Point.
