Job Description: Under the direction of the Community Relations Manager, this position will conceptualize, plan and produce graphic presentations for print, web and electronic visual aids; planning through final production and maintaining the project within scope of deadline and budget. The position will produce visual solutions for the communication needs of clients using a mix of creative skills, working knowledge of computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time/deadline limits. Appropriate mediums and styles will be used to meet the client's requirements/strategic objectives.
