The Scottsdale office of R&R Partners is looking for graphic artist to work directly with our creative team to develop and execute designs for ad campaigns and collateral while ensuring the highest production standards.

 You’ll be part of an agency named one of the best places to work in America and among the Top 10 regional agencies in America.

 Responsibilities Include:

• Developing original design work to meet strategic goals
  • Effectively managing resizing of original materials
  • Working closely with Production Manager to ensure work is adhering to production standards and communicating with outside vendors
•  Maintaining contact with Traffic and AEs to ensure jobs will be completed on schedule.
• Handling press checks, paper sample selection, finishing etc.
• Effective preparing files using Pantone, CMYK builds, color matching with multiple print processes
• Prepares print-ready files for publications and print vendors
• Production skills required: preparing materials for meetings, cutting, mounting, binding, etc.
• Checks materials before forwarding through agency and clients for approval.

 Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in design or related field.
• Must be highly proficient on Mac operating system and latest design software including, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator.
• Minimum three years’ graphic experience in an advertising or related environment. 
• Must be organized with ability to handle high volume of projects. Must have effective interpersonal skills and work well in teams.
