Management of print production, photo shoots and e-communications  of sales and marketing literature are other key responsibilities.  Strong production capabilities to traffic projects and multiple demands  are essential to the success of this role.</p>

<p><strong>Senior Project Manager Primary Responsibilities </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead  project team and manages project deliverables and timelines for client  campaigns (websites, newsletters, print ads, promotions, special  marketing initiatives) in a variety of industries</li>
<li>Conceptualize, plan, execute and evaluate client’s marketing strategy</li>
<li>Ensures consistency among all marketing collateral</li>
<li>Manages the creative process with a focus on efficiency and accuracy</li>
<li>Identifies  and works with external vendors and/or internal teams to make sure all  creative production processes are satisfactory and within budget  constraints</li>
<li>Troubleshoots to resolve client questions, campaign needs and creative production issues</li>
<li>Provide strategic input on strategies and campaigns for clients</li>
<li>Remains current in the latest marketing trends and can make recommendations to clients based on new research and findings</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Senior Project Manager Skills/Capabilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum  4 years of project management in marketing or communications position –  creative services project management and print production experience  preferred</li>
<li>Experience  collaborating with internal teams and client organizations, as well as a  demonstrated ability to work with efficiency and diplomacy,  particularly as part of a team effort.</li>
<li>Commitment to a successful outcome as exemplified by a portfolio of results</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The position of Web Developer/Programmer at GateWay Community College requires working with internal clients and marketing staff for the purpose of developing the architecture for websites, pages and web-based enterprise database software applications to meet current college needs.  In addition, this position supports the various systems programmer functions, including, but not limited to designs, analyzes, implements and maintains applications code. This is a temporary position; applicants will be required to re-apply for a permanent position.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>
<p>60%      Design, develop and test Web applications and databases, using various tools</p>
<p>30%      Administration of web servers, applications and user support</p>
<p>5%        Research new technology and advice on new opportunities</p>
<p>5%        Performs related duties as assigned.</p>
<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science, computing studies, information technology or web development.</li>
<li>Experience with MS Windows and PHP development environments; SQL/MSSQL/MySQL databases; MS Access; application development tools including MS ASP.NET, Visual Studio, Expression Web and/or Adobe Dreamweaver, Drupal, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, (CSS); world wide web (WWW) interfaces to database applications; C# and ASPX programming; Apache web server experience; and Oracle.</li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint, SiteMax Chat or similar tools.</li>
<li>Experience with creating databases integrated with a CRM.</li>
<li>Experience with developing architectural environment for a large scale website; ensure a large scale website continues to function properly; interpret functional design specifications and create technical design specifications; modify and implement selected programs to interface with software already in use.</li>
<li>Experience in UNIX/Linux, VMS and Windows NT.</li>
<li>Maintain web development, staging and production servers.</li>
<li>Manage projects with minimal supervision.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Five years developing in a large-scale website using various tools and best practices.</li>
<li>Master’s degree in computer science, computing studies or information technology.</li>
<li>Testing/installing/supporting large scale relational database applications.
<ul>
<li>Developing backup and recovery procedures</li>
</ul>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Assist the Engagement/Social Media Manager through implementing engagement, social media, loyalty, and SEM/SEO campaigns across multiple platforms developed by the Retention and Engagement Center, especially surrounding emerging company initiatives.</p>
<p>Individual is responsible for understanding the loyalty and engagement analysis provided by the Engagement Analysts, and adjusting marketing and engagement based on this information. They will work closely with a Retention Marketing Specialist to clearly understand the lifecycle and create compatible strategies. They will deploy campaigns based on their increasing understanding of content usage and platform specifics.</p>
<p>Position-specific tasks: Utilize in-house or third party software to deploy campaigns, coordinate synergies with in-house teams regarding targeted mail and email databases, and monitor all campaigns (social, email and loyalty). Must have experience in social media for business, SEM/SEO, content production and loyalty programs.</p>
<p>Key success metrics: Growing overall and core subscriber engagement, increasing loyalty percentage YOY, and keeping a keen eye on trends and market best practices. Responsible for growing engagement through multiple platform engagement efforts in target ZIPs that are attractive to advertisers and developing new marketing techniques that increase engagement and reinforce the brand and value proposition of the product(s) to the customer.</p>
<p>Job responsibilities entail:</p>
<p>• Successfully implementing loyalty and engagement efforts</p>
<p>• Proficiency in software as a solution application and social media</p>
<p>• Utilize dedicated subscriber and non-subscriber databases to develop engagement programs using multiple platforms including email marketing, mobile messaging, social media, and digital offers</p>
<p>• Set target dates and goals to manage, benchmark, and optimize campaigns as needed</p>
<p>• Keep a pulse on what campaigns are effective and instinctively recognize the specific needs of individual markets</p>
<p>• Metrics accountability</p>
<p>• Work with engagement analysts and ensure engagement programs are working by monitoring revenues and expenses, and implementing ROI-based measurements</p>
<p>• Allocate costs based on market-specific budgets</p>
<p>• Monitor key indicators and develop “red flag” alternatives and solutions</p>
<p>• Developing communication vehicles among Corporate Consumer Sales and Retention</p>
<p>• Clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations</p>
<p>• Communicate in a focused and compelling way that drives others thoughts and actions</p>
<p>• Communicate results, concerns and accomplishments to newspaper Group Circulation Directors and Publishers</p>
<p>This individual must be self-directed and have the ability to work with minimal supervision and within a very results- and deadline-oriented environment.</p>
<p>Requirements: Strong digital and social marketing capabilities. Must be analytical and have exceptional organizational abilities; excellent oral and written communication skills; detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and manage time effectively; ability to think creatively and question the status quo. Ability to handle deadline pressure and high-stress work environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Flexible and able to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities. Embraces change, acts ethically and is proactive. Must be a team player who can work with a variety of people, personalities and departments.</p>
<p>A minimum of 3 years marketing experience is required</p>
<p>• 1-3 years direct marketing experience preferred</p>
<p>• College degree or equivalent experience in marketing is required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred</p>
<p>Must be a self-starter with a passion for sales growth and the ability to respond to change and implement programs to meet volume and revenue expectations. Must have a solid knowledge of how to interpret social media, engagement, loyalty, circulation, readership and digital analytics. Strong organizational skills and planning abilities necessary. Must be motivated, with a customer-centric, problem-solving approach. Must be able to develop and implement engagement strategies across multiple platforms, constantly assess tactics, digital opportunities, and develop non-traditional consumer campaigns to achieve increased engagement across multiple platforms, thus increasing volume and revenue goal. Analytical ability required for campaign analysis, data manipulation and developing and interpreting metrics.</p>
<p>May require work on weekends, evenings and holidays. Will require occasional travel to and from other group locations or vendor sites for meetings, training and to specific sites to ensure engagement and digital growth strategies are in place.</p>
<p>Position is based in Phoenix, Ariz.</p>
