Since 2008

What is your current position/company?
I’m a Public Relations Account Executive at Allison & Partners in Phoenix.

What is your favorite aspect of your job?
I love the variety that comes with an agency setting. I get to experience working with a variety of companies across a variety of industries, all of which bring new challenges and new opportunities to learn.

What do you hope to gain from your membership/involvement with IABC?
I really look forward to continuing to build my professional network, learn from some of the most experienced communicators in the Valley, and further develop my communication and leadership skills.

What words of advice do you have for young professionals?
As a young professional myself, the best pieces of advice I’ve received so far are to read, listen, ask questions and soak up as much information about your industry as possible, and to build valuable connections through networking and getting involved in professional organizations, like IABC.

Who was/were your biggest professional influence(s)?
While he’s not in the communications, marketing or PR field, my dad has by far been my biggest professional influence. He taught me the importance of having a strong work ethic, and encouraged from a young age to trust my instincts, learn from my mistakes, and never give up on my dreams.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading and playing soccer and golf.

What destination do you want to travel to the most?
Positano, Italy and the Amalfi Coast.
