Elevate is designed to educate Kaiser Permanente members on ways they can stay healthy and prevent disease. Its philosophy is that every small lifestyle improvement makes a difference. Elevate should inspire members to make these changes for the sake of their health in addition to improving the bond Kaiser Permanente has with its members. The publication also provides information about the health plan and its physicians. Targeted to all members of Kaiser Permanente's Denver/Boulder region, Elevate also includes a schedule of Kaiser Permanente-sponsored health-related classes and events for that quarter.
