Award of Merit Communications and Public Affairs Team InnerComm SCF Arizona
SCF Arizona has more than 500 employees in seven locations throughout Arizona. The need to communicate to all these employees is vital to ensure all employees are kept informed regarding issues that affect workers' compensation, the company, their jobs, their benefits and changes in policies and procedures. The monthly InnerComm was developed as if it were a small-town community newspaper. Each issue provides information employees need to know, so they can make wise decisions. It also is a tool to welcome new employees and celebrate individuals for their contributions, awards and milestones.
