2007 Copper Quill Award

Privada is a private residential community located in the foothills of Pinnacle Peak in north Scottsdale. Originally part of the neighboring Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, the upscale community offers a combination of 38 luxury residences and 11 custom homesites on the edge of the Sonoran Desert. The pristine terrain and stunning views at Privada demanded sales materials that captured the luxury and exclusivity of the upscale community. Privada needed to speak directly and emotionally to its list of interested buyers who were eagerly awaiting new information on the highly anticipated community. Since the project was in early stages of construction, Privada needed materials that communicated the details of the community to its target audience and re-engaged potential buyers who had expressed interest in the property when it was part of the Four Seasons Resort. The sales materials needed to stand out among competitors' pieces in a time when potential buyers had a number of communities to choose from and Privada faced a lengthy development timeline. To introduce Privada as a desirable community, Martz Agency decided that a compelling brochure would attract the attention of potential homebuyers and media. The quality, design and production of the piece needed to reflect the quality investment that potential buyers are making at Privada.
