Annual Report Design
Award of Excellence Len Keso Service Innovation Clerk of the Superior Court's Office
The Clerk of the Superior Court's Annual Report is a publication designed to provide an overview of the office and highlight the accomplishments it made during the past year. A special theme ("Service Innovation") was selected to present this information in the report. The report's theme was intended to convey the office as being innovative and service-oriented. To fully develop the theme and goals behind it, a special focus was placed on the design of the report. The intent of the design was to portray the office of today as having the same determination to succeed and innovative spirit that drove the historic inventors of yesterday. The design mixes imagery and artwork of historic inventors with modern business images to connect the shared work ethic between the two time periods. Historic colors and modern colors were also used in the design to differentiate the past with the present. The design gave the report impact and made the "Service Innovation" message stronger.
